are a society of over tired people. It is a subject that
comes up in conversation almost as often as we talk about

possibilities of having accidents. However, there are numerous
documented cases of people who are able to function successfully
on less. And some studies have reported findings that there
are long-lived people who sleep only six to seven hours
a night. So how much sleep is enough for you can be a unique
amount.
Most
individuals already have a sense of whether or not they are
getting enough sleep. How rested they feel on awakening and
how they face the day's challenges can tell them a lot. However,
from time to time there may be health issues that will highlight
the need to look at their sleep patterns to know if they
are having an impact on their overall health. In some cases
a doctor may be able to spot where the deficiency lies and
be able to help his patient narrow down the problem.
It
can be truthfully said that in examining the issues
involved in sleep problems it becomes readily apparent
