Women today should be encouraged even before
menopause hits and afterwards to take better care of themselves

so bad is to make some life style changes that promote better

such changes in your life style will help prevent such menopause

and other menopausal related illnesses.

is very common for woman who are entering the menopausal
stage of life to feel blue or depressed. There are so many
mixed emotions and the lack of proper hormones that infuences
this change. Your emotion fagileness at this time can affect
your self-esteem in many ways. Because of the deficiency in

well versed about what is going on with your body and how these

you are featuring so that you can bring these to your doctor’s
attention. Knowing exactly what symptoms and signs you have
and do not have can help you and your doctor find a treatment
regime that best accommodates your needs as an individual.
Be determined to take better care of yourself so you can move
forward with simplicity through this new phase of life. Menopause
does not have to be the end of life; in fact it is a renewed
beginning for many woman. There is no way to stop yourself
from entering into menopause nor is it a disease. It is just
another phase of life that is completely natural and can be
great if you are prepared emotionally, physically, and spiritually
for it. These strategies can help build your transition into
menopause and your postmenopausal years healthy and happier
than you ever dreamed:
- Be prepared for how and why your body will change
- Be informed about health issues after age 50
- Develop a well thought out plan that includes regular health
screenings, exercise, and healthy diet
- Avoid smoking, excess weight, and moderate alcohol consumption. These
measures will serve to improve your cardiovascular health
and decrease your risk for osteoporosis, which is very
common in menopausal women.
