Understanding The Law Of Attraction
Clean
The Clutter Out Your Life
Feeling
trapped? In a rut? Paralyzed by indecision? Grinding your
wheels? Stuck in the mud?
Many
perfectly valid, tried-and-true methods of solving these
problems involve making changes in our thought-patterns and
emotional-patterns that many of us are not always prepared
to make or even capable (at the time) of making. Changing
your mind to change your life sounds easy - and it is - if
you can
do it. But it's not always so easy. Sometimes things have
gone too far for us to see our way out of simply because
we know
we should. What then?
Fortunately,
the same law of the universe that dictates that what you
think inside is reflected in
what manifests outside
of you - The Law of Attraction - works in reverse as well.
If you're in a position where you simply cannot make the
necessary changes inwardly to effect the kind of outward
changes you
desire, don't worry about it. You can just as well start
making outward changes that, likewise, will be reflected
in the thoughts
and feelings manifested inside you. How?
In
a word - clean.
A
depressed mind, an indecisive mind, a confused and fearful
and angry mind is a muddy mind. And if it's so
darned
muddy you just can't fathom where or how to begin cleaning
it,
then simply start cleaning that outward manifestation
reflecting your inwardly muddy state - the environment
you live in.
Your
home and workspace alike, even your car, are all places where
you can clean up clutter in order
to have
the mental
and emotional clutter you're stewing in automatically
start to clear as well. Clearing your physical space
helps bring
mental and emotional clarity.
Cleaning
is movement, and movement is change, and change is good -
especially when
you're stuck in
a rut, feeling
trapped
by your circumstances and paralyzed by indecision.
When we clean - inside or out - we move stagnant
energy -
inside and out.
Wash
the windows of your house, car, and office, and not only
will you be able to see more
clearly
outside,
you'll
be able
to see more clearly inside yourself as well.
Let more light into your environment and you shed more
light
on those
thoughts and emotions you've been living with
inside you.
Wipe
the dust off your desk and coffee table and couch and floor,
and you clear your mind
and clarify
your
emotions too, making you able to breathe easier
in every way,
both literally
and figuratively.
We
all know that living in a dirty environment lends to illness
and disease. Wouldn't
it make
perfect
sense, then,
that cleaning
up that environment would invariably promote
healing? Depression, indecision, confusion,
fear, and anger
are, in a way, all
illnesses of the mind. Seen that way it's
only logical that cleaning
up your environment would also put you on
the path to healing from all that mental and emotional
disease.
Clearing
space is clearing space, inside and out. Meditation is one
way to do it.
Cleaning
house
is another. If
taking a mental broom and dustpan to your
mind feels too difficult
at
the moment, no matter - take an actual
broom and dustpan to your physical environment
and let your
mental and
emotional environment naturally and automatically
follow suit.
